Very poor service delivery at Claims stage

I have logged a claim on 09 June 2024, my car was booked in for repairs. Till today my car is still not fixed and the repairer keeps updating 'waiting for parts'. No turnaround time given, nobody bothers to advise how long i have to wait for those parts or give proper update on when repairs are expected to be completed. I have taken this issue with Annah Ditshego who fails to properly and efficiently handle this, my emails to Discovery (Annah and Demi) are ignored and i am tired of following up everytime. I regret the day i decided moving my cars to Discovery Insure. Very poor service delivery.
