Very poor service

Very poor customer service. I have sent emails, I have called, nobody responds to the emails, nobody responds to the WhatsApp. I asked for my policy to be cancelled, I've been waiting for weeks to have the cancellation letter sent to me this has not yet happened and they went ahead and debited my account despite me saying that I no longer wanted the policy.
