Very ****ed off Discovery Insure client

Im so ****ed off with Discovery Insure right now. I was in an accident on the 21st evening coming from dinner. I submitted a claim and I was told to take the car for an assessment on Monday the 24th as it was in a driveable condition for the weekend. On the same day I received a courtesy car and promised the claim will be concluded within 48 hours. 4 days later I get told every accident that takes place Friday night needs to be audited for things like i.e. alcohol etc and since I knew I was innocent, I told them to go ahead and my broker promised that they will compensate for the delay time in terms of courtesy car. 25 days and when they couldn't find anything foul play, only then they approve for the repair of the car and by then, I was only 6 days away from having to return the car and my car had been standstill at the same assessor I left it at. This means if I return the car in 6 days time i'll have to find my own means of getting to work despite the delay being on their side so I tell them of my unsatisfactory on this, they decide they'll extend for 13 days. When I told them that they had 25 days with my car standstill but only to choose to give me 13 days, why is that so...no response. Instead today I get an email that says I need to return the car as 13 days is up and still no response to my ask and mind you during this time, im hardly getting any feedback from the non-caring claim consultant about my car, they have only updated me once and on my ask but all they care about is their costs vs making sure the car I pay for month after month at a high price for such emergencies is fixed. Im taking the case to Ombudsman for insurance tomorrow. Discovery Insure will not pull their **** on me.
