VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY INSURE

The HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service that Discovery has been giving me for the past 7 months and still cant resolve the issue how ***********!!!!

12 Feb 2024 at 11:32 I sent an email complaining about poor workmanship which has been done by the panel beater which was chosen by discovery insure. my car was poorly fixed with cheap and old parts that left water coming inside the when its raining the bumper which is falling and the deadliest of all is the bonnets that can open anytime while driving and cause serious accident and kill me or other road users. I have been sending emails and phoning with no help, I don't know how many times I as told that Desmond Shongwe will call me but to this day he hasn't. Maybe this platform will be helpful to solve my issues and discovery will give me attention before seeking legal advises.
