Very helpful Consultant

This review is not about Discovery per se I have experienced a horrible ordeal with claiming for items after being ****** at gun point, I am currently on day 12 of claim. This email is about one of the agents in the claims department his name is Dustin Africa. Every time he answered my call in the call centre he has assisted me positively and has gone out of his way to ensure I know what is happening, with this claim he has answered the call 3 times and all times he made sure I was satisfied with everything within his control before ending the call. This is refreshing and the claims department needs more of Dustin’s calibre, people who want to work and is passionate about the work they do! Trust me if more of the agents were like Dustin Discovery would not loose as many clients as they are loosing.
