Very helpful call agent

Very helpful call agent. He helped calm me down and answered all my questions on what I need to do. Extremely helpful as I was in a state. The tow truck driver was very helpful too. Guiding me on what the next steps are etc. And again kept me calm. A huge thank you to everyone involved for helping me not only with my car but my nerves too.
