VERY HELPFUL AFTER UNEXPECTED TRAUMATISIN ACCIDENT

Never have i ever received such excellent service from an Insurance consultant ever on 27.12.2015 @11h20 AM. We often hear of how heartless , harsh and inconsiderate they are but this was not the case. I called the call centre traumatized from a car accident 310KM from my place,not sure what to expect but i was of excellent service. <br> they made the whole experience so easy to deal with as i though i am dieying or am just having a night mare this is not for real,. From 1st call ,thy gave feedback assuring me that thy are working on the my case. understood my frustration,confusion and stressed i was going through as i was total loosing my mind.<br> I thank discovery insure and their excellent emergency call centre staff that were on shift on 28.12.2015 for bringing back the smile, hope, faith and support by insuring that i got assisted on time and effeciently.,God Bless you and keep it up on respecting your jobs.
