Very Good Service During a Stressfull Event
I would like to compliment Precious Moganedi in the claims department. We were burgled on the22nd of May. She was very kind and patient with me during a very distressing incident. She followed up with me and gave me feedback whenever I asked. Her help and professionalism made dealing with a horrible situation much more bearable.
