Very Good Service

I cancelled my car policy with Discovery, and on the follow up of the policy cancellation, I was put through to Kelebogile who went on to explain the details of insurance comparisons. If I had talked to her a week before when I was querying why my premium increased instead of decreasing after a claim free year, I probably would not have looked for another insurance company. If Discovery Insure and all other insurances could have people of her calibre, then we as customers will always get excellent service!
