Very good recovery, Discovery

This could have ended badly, but thanks to Marnus Louw (Building Specialist), all was resolved. Discovery Insure selected a bad contractor initially and the work quality of their subcontractor was substandard and did not solve the original problem. Marnus came to investigate and resolved the issue immediately. I suspect if he had been involved from the start, it would have been a 5 star experience all the way through, but I had to take off a star for the false start. As indicated this was due to a subcontractor and having registered, I will definitely review them too.
