Very good experience - surprised by the supportive, efficient and simple claim process

When my husband and I got back from a holiday to find we had been burgled, we expected that the insurance process was going to be another trauma on top of the trauma of the break-in. However, the process with Discovery, which was managed by John G Moremong, was not only simple and efficient, we really felt that discovery was on our side, and not that they were trying to avoid paying which is how we felt with our previous insurer.
