Very efficient service

Monday morning with a burst geyser. I phoned Discovery Insure. They took the details on the first call, registered the claim, and advised that a Plumber will contact me. Plumbcrew phoned within 30 minutes, and another 30 minutes later they arrived with a new geyser, correct size, and installed it. Two hours later, everything was complete. The invoice for the excess arrived the next day. Very impressive!! They clearly have a good relationship with Plumbcrew, who were very professional, friendly and efficient!! Well done!!
