Very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable
I called Discovery a few minutes ago to update my Policy and Ayanda Pholwana from Centurion picked my Call. She spoke to me in a very nice and polite way while updating my policy and explaining to me how updating my policy is the best thing to do. She is very knowledgeable about her work and she is outstanding. She made just made my evening great as I had a hectic day before calling Discovery just before 6pm. Now I can drive home with a smile :-)<br>
