Very efficient call centre agent

Shaakir is always so helpful, especially when everything has to be dealt with over the phone or via email, communication does get difficult, but Shaakir makes this all easier. I sometimes keep him on the phone for nearly an hour, asking questions, dealing with different queries, and he is very patient with me and efficient. Thanks Shaakir! Keep it up
