Very disgruntled Discovery Insure customer

It is true what they say about insurance, that you only know how reputable they are based on the experience you have once you submit a claim. I joined Discovery insure 2years ago, insuring my vehicle, house contents and portable items.

On Monday the 12 October 2020 my cellphone which was insured according to my knowledge was ****** and I called my Financial advisor to inform her about what happened. To my surprise I was told I don’t have cover for the phone. I am really disappointed at the service I’m receiving from Discovery insure. I’m appalled by the incompetence with the Financial Advisor Kamogelo Sukwana. I’m currently shopping around for something better as I’m disgusted by their service. Even her Manager Sean was very dismissive when I raised my concerns and to date he has not got back to me.
