Very disappointing service!!!

I am really disappointed with Discovery Insure. When I took out insaurance for my car, I was told that I would not have to pay excess if the accident is not my fault. IT WAS A BIG LIE! They demanded that I pay excess when I submitted the claim for an accident that was clearly not my fault and for which the third party took full liability. I was told they would claim from the third party and reimburse me. ANOTHER BIG LIE!

The third party has been waiting on Discovery to send supporting documents for the claim, i.e assessment report and the invoice for the repair. Since June 2025! It is now September. I have not been provided with proper feedback on what the holdup is and my e-mails are now being ignored.
