Very Disappointed

I am very disappointed and shocked on how claims handled the matter. I was involved in an accident with their client who UNDER OATH admitted to being on the wrong and was also exiting from the entrance side of the filling station. We did an Accident Report together with her husband and all was sorted. Then i got an email from Discovery with a whole diffrent story saying that i was on the wrong, i don't understand what's the point of doing an Accident report at the police station if the insurance company is still going to use their own stories to defend their client. According to Discovery there shouldn't be any accidents on the roads because we should all be aware and vigilant and act promptly and i could have avoided it. So basically i INTENTIONALLY drove into their client. Then they do a quote with damages far less than the actual damages. Why can't i go do a quote or 2 quotes for that matter and then verify the extent of the damages??? I would never advise anyone to go with Discovery Insure especially how they handle 3rd party claims.
