Very bad service in auto claims department
They towed my car on the 2nd of April and since then Ihama w had to email and call to get any feedback on my car. I have been handed over to different people who just don’t respond these are Gontse Moteane, Natasja Badenhorst and still nothing. I lodged a complaint with discovery and nothing. Now all left to do is to show up their offices and cashed a ruckus! Very bad service

I emailed Michael Meyer he just passed on the buck the same useless Natasja Badenhorst who does nothing! The Gontse moteane assigned to my claim has NEVER spoken to me or emailed me!!! This is unacceptable! I want to formally lodge a complaint against ythese employees as they are useless and have tarnished your brand! I will drag them And your company through social media mud as you’re only efficient at collecting premiums and have zero service!!! I need the formal route to lodge a complaint. You are robbing people and frustrating us as if it’s a free service! Beyond done!
