Very bad service from discovery insure claims department

Discovery took my drivable car on the 04 September to fix back bumper and boot. I am now being told that my car won’t start and I must wait till the 17th for an engineer to come and assess the car. All I know that they took my car in good drivable condition and they are giving me the run around. I am not getting any communication as to what is happening.
