Very bad service from Discovery insure

Good day

I was in an MVA on the 14/09/2024 ( I was not at fault) , My car is a 2010 Kia Soul Shadow Dragon edition and the front of the car was involved in the collision. When I got my car back from repairs the insurance refused to pay for the decal on the from of the car that is part of the car from the factory . Please note that I am the second owner of the car and I don’t have the original documents that the owner would have received on purchase of the car. I have sent the insurance all the documentation that I have with photos of the car before it was in the accident and now after .

This model of car came out with the decal as part of the deal when the car was brand new , I just want the cars decal approved and for them to have the car sorted but they refuse .

I have explained that this is not a custom decal job but one from the factory as it was a limited edition from Kia .

I am really not happy and frustrated with the service from Discovery . once this issue is sorted i will be cancelling my policy with you .
