Very bad service from discovery insurance

good day an accidental claim was done accident accured in September for Van der Merwe case no 72/09/2022 It is now December business are closing our vehicle is still not being fixed we need the vehicle for work so lost of income and very bad service from discovery Everyday there is an excuse and the vehicle can alsoa not lock I will not advice anybody to ever make use of this insurance they are the worst ever
