Very bad service

Discovery Insurance don't care about Third party client's. Their own client's claim was approved within hours. Their client was the guilty party but they get treated like royalty. They have asked for documents to be sent. All documents was send but still the claims handler says that she has received nothing Calling them is a mission. The claims handler is never available. Calling the manager same story he is busy with something else. This is the worse service I ever received from an Insurance company. They really just don't care when it comes to third-party claims. I would also not want insure anything with this company if this is the type of service you get. I must sit without days without my car with no feedback nothing from them. They told me the claims handler was on leave and no one attends to claims, once claim handler is back she will assist. but never had I had a call or any feedback. Lets see if I will get any help with the claim claim number *** . Bad service really bad service.
