VERY BAD SERVICE DISCOVERY!!!!

I am getting very bad service from Discovery Insurance! My car was bumped by one of their clients on 09.02.2023 and she admitted guilt. I got her insurance details from her & I logged the claim. Since logging the claim I was the one calling almost every day for an update because the consultant failed to even give me updates, let alone the fact that I would never get hold of her on the phone nor would she respond to my emails. An assessment was finally done 07.03.2023 but after that assessment I did not receive feedback, I had to call only to find out after a whole 2 weeks they had not received the report from the assessor. We finally received a settlement offer on 04.05.2023 together with the repairer's details. We took the car to the same repairer which was recommended by them to check if we take this settlement amount will it cover the full repairs. The repairer looked at the assessor's report and found that some things were left out of this report, things that got damaged due to the accident and the did a requote which we sent to Discovery. The response we got back was "As our Assessor has advised that our assessment report is fair and reasonable, we would suggest that you claim from your insurance company if the settlement offer is not favorable." How could it be fair and yet the very same repairer that assisted them with their assessment came back with another assessment report which is now over R12 000 more than what they want to pay us out?! Their client admitted guilt, she was negligent, but they do not want to pay me out for my car to restore it to its initial state!!!!! They even have the nerve to tell me to claim from my own insurance. Why should I claim from my insurance and even pay an excess for an accident that was not caused by me?! Why?!!!!
