Very bad service

Discovery Insure is the the worst Insurance company. Not only do they not update you on a claim ,they also don't keep their promise when they say they will call you back. In have to keep chasing after them. All I needed was for my courtesy car period to be extended. Then I get told a manager will call me back which never happened. My car is being repaired by one of their Auto-panel shops and its taking forever. It been over a month already, then when I contact Discovery to extend the courtesy car beyond 30 days I get told it cant be done with the claim. This is *******, I am not asking for the damn moon and starts, only to receive good customer service.
