VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I have lodged a claim by damages caused by driving through water during heavy rains and the vehicle then got damaged. claim was submitted 10 April 2022 and today is 6/7/2022. almost 2 months. Ive been told that they will reject the claim due to the gearbox damaged were caused by wear and tear but that is completely not true as the previous owner of the car serviced the gearbox at a specialist before he sold me the car. now discovery leaves me without a car as i did not add the care hire to the package at the time
