Very bad customer service
I have been trying to get drive points allocated to my account since 1 June. Every time they say it take 72 hours to fix but they never fix it. This has the problem that i don't get rewarded for weekly spins as well as being penalized for iphone benefit and money at the end of the month. So far the loss is over R1500.00

This company used to be great but lately it is a nightmare to deal with them. They cheat their customers out of thousand of Rands and then claim it was a mistake and that they will fix it.
