Very bad after sales customer service

I joint recently to enjoy the benefits. Firstly the app needs your Bluetooth to be on always or you are penalized by deduction of your daily points. I never use the phone unless I switch off after park... Still penalties. Then the cashback is supposed to be paid out between the 10th and 15th of each month. Today is 24th and still no cashback after many calls and emails receiving a standard response each time. I'M THINKING OF GOING BACK TO THE COMPETITION.
