Very baad treatment received after logging a sunroof damage claim

<p>I bought a new bmw320i 2011 model in May 2011. This vehicle came with a sunroof on and I agreed an insurance policy with Discovery Insure for a comprehencive cover on it. My vehicle was packed yesterday and someone throw a stone on the sunroof and the whole sunroof glass broke. I reported the incident to Discovery insure but they said to me that the sunroof is not covered and is an extra item. I was so loyal to this insurence company and i feel the treatment was so totally unfiar. please some assist me on the way forward. the worst part I am paying lot of premiums on this policy almost R2000.00 per month and this is the treatment I got after all.</p>
