Velma Mccabe, she has an amazing personality, every time she answers the phone you know no worry be happy. She will go all out to help she has never disappointed me with her services. Many times when she must leave i would call last minute and she would wait with me and assist, some people wont be bothered and just transfer the call. I pray Discovery keeps you because you an asset and worth keeping.
