Vehicle to be collected

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this on Helopeter.<br> My car was ****** on Wednesday morning outside the Virgin Active Gym in Randburg. <br> <br> When I walked out of the gym another car was standing in the spot where I parked. I immediately phoned Discovery insure (dq track) and were notified that my car was already recovered! WELL DONE!!!<br> <br> Now, my issue is to get my car out of the Lenasia impound and to a reputable repairer. <br> <br> I registered my claim with Discovery and the process was efficient.<br> <br> As a customer I do not like the fact that my car is at the impound for various reasons. The first is that you always hear about stories how cars are been stripped at the impound for anything valuable. <br> <br> As my car is rigged for farm work, there is a solar panel on the canopy, solar controller in the cab and an inverter as well. These are all valuable items and easy to remove. When the car was recovered all the items were still there when I identified the vehicle. <br> <br> My issue is that Discovery insure is dragging their heels getting the car out of the compound and absolutely no communication to me regarding the process despite various emails an telephone calls.<br> <br> Bad SERVICE !!!!
