Vehicle third party insurance claim

On 31 March 2023 I was bumped at the back by a vehicle insured with Discovery Insurance. Lodged a third part claim (claim number ***).The value of the claim by Discovery’ own assessment is R30504.33. Discovery is only offering me R20630.00. I refused the offer as it falls short of the assessed value amount. Discovery Insurance through Mmathapelo Bokaba is denying to pay the full amount and instead advised that I should consult Lawyers and take them to court. This experience has left a sour tasty in my mouth.
