Vehicle Insurance Claim

Hi there, A great experience all round dealing with discovery during what could have been an additional stress, following a prang of 2 vehicles in the same week. Jose was informative, explained the process well & kept me up to date - being my first claim ever - this was appreciated. The only reason for 4 star was that I had to follow up on the car hire plans myself. Avis did not contact me as I had been informed they would, which resulted in me calling Discovery & chasing myself.
