Vehicle for repairs for 3 month and still not attended

<p>My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 2nd of June 2017, it was authorized for repairs at some Dube panel beaters in East London. Now its the 10th of August 2017 and the vehicle is parked out side at the panelbeaters untouched. When we asked the Dube panelbeaters they say the same story that they are waiting for parts. When they initially took the job they said the ordering will take 14 days, and we waited no one called to inform on the developments, until we called them they told us, that they are still waiting for the parts. We asked them which parts are they still waiting for they gave us the list of parts. We called BMW in EL and they told us, they can get the parts in 3 days. We wrote discovery about our concerns as well as the state at which the vehicle is kept at the panel beaters, they never responded. My husband wrote them again requesting to talk to someone senior, the consultant respond saying the same thing that they are waiting for parts. He kept on saying I must contact the panel beater. I called them still everyone was just not helping, as I write my car is still outside at the panel beaters not repaired, there is no sign that it will be repaired anytime soon. I had to return the courtesy car after 30 days, now I'm using public transport and they say if it's parts that's delaying they can't extend the car. Funny part, the parts are available at BMW, I don't know what they are waiting for, definitely it's not the parts! </p> <p> </p>
