Vehicle claim assisted by Nompumelelo Bandezi

<p>I had to make a claim on my vehicle for the first time with discovery and there was some issues with regards to endor*****t excess that I didn't realise was part of my contract. From expecting to pay R3600 for an excess to being told I have to pay R8600. I explained my confusion to Nompumelelo Bandezi and without hesitation she did the necessary investigation and throughout she was calm and had respect for me as a client. Which is rare to find these days. She went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and that I was a happy client. At the end the excess that I have to pay for this specific claim was reduced to R5000 instead of R8600. Thank you Nompumelelo Bandezi</p>
