Vehicle Claim
They say that you can tell how good an Insurance company is when it comes to Claim. Well Discovery has impressed me. I had the misfortune of two vehicle claims in 1 month. Matlalane Nku was assigned to my one major claim. I was kept up to date telephonically and via email on any information she needed and reporting back on what was going on. From accident to final stage (unfortunate vehicle was a write off) of paying finance house and paying me out for extras and what was due. the complete process was done in 8 days.
