Vehicle Accident

Discovery insure is the worst car insurance service provider ever for me. I would not recommend them for any human being. 1. Their turn around time on service delivery is disheartening and shocking. 2. They trust their assessors and panel beaters more than the client 3. They did not conduct quality control on my vehicle and I had to plead with them to no victory. 4. Their appointed panel beater who did not fix my vehicle and they refused to recommend a new panel provider. Moreover, they chose the panel beater without my input. 5. Discovery's panel beater Rennies issued out my vehicle without aligning or wheel balancing after an accident, and I drove from Durban to Bloemfontein with a rattling vehicle. When I reported the matter to Discovery to say I could have died out the situation. After two months of back and forth, they just simply say we are not liable. Their assessor says there is nothing wrong, and yet Tiger wheel Tyre proved to them that they did not do a good job.

I am pleading with you out there, be careful I have had comprehensive since 2012, with other providers but Discovery is the worst. I have never missed a premium but come claiming stage, you are completely alone. I'll also share the email responses so you can see for yourself.
