Vehicle Accident Claim

Don't claim over the festive season...... the worst experience ever!

Not client-centric.

I was calling them all the time, instead of them keeping me in the loop.

I felt like a ********.....

In the end, I had to settle for a car that is ten years older than what I had (at an inflated price, but it was via a dealership and I was desperate, as I needed a car ASAP).

I will be leaving Discovery bank soon..... as i wouldnt want to go through this again.

As for Auction Nation - LOL what a joke they still getting back to me regarding a buyback (accident-damaged car)

This entire experience was very disappointing
