Registered a claim with the Call Centre on the 26th of October 2017.

Vanessa handled our claim and from day one we had excellent service from her. Received a phone call today - 31 Octtober - just after 07H00 informing me that our claim has been approved and that repairs to my daughters vehicle will be finalized within the next 7 working days. A rental car was arranged by Vanessa for my daughter to use during the time of repairs.
