Valse representation

After 3 years with Discovery my premiums just goes up and up. The response from Discovery to my broker is that they are still doing a risk profile on us and that's why the premiums are so high. They got the best risk profiler installed in both our vehicles namely the GPS tracking device whereby they log everything and ever since that device was installed i got my weekly good driving reward but still they claim they are doing a risk profile. After claiming for a minor accident whereby i reversed into lamp/street pole they penalized me for the drivers license that i got namely EC that is for driving the biggest truck trailer combination that there is. Now they claim that i am paying for having a normal EB license and therefor they backdate my arrears from the inception date and charge me extra for having a EC license and not the normal EB license. I did basically all the driving courses that there are available on the market including high speed, avoidance, fork lift, bus and 4x4 courses etc. Not happy at all and i got a accident free record for over 30 years having insurance. Not happy at all with the service and prices. They also didn't want me to take my car in to a repair shop of my choice because according to them the car is out of manufacturers warranty 2013 model. But don't think i paid a lesser amount on my premiums. it was only stated after the claim. People should be aware of this.
