Utterly disgusted

My debit order stopped in Jan for no reason. I got an email in July to say you will be debating R3K. I called to find out why I got the email and the guy I spoke to said I was behind on my premium. I was shocked and asked why you had stopped collecting money. I called 5 times and still no1 gave me feedback. I called to speak to a manager and the guy Mota said he would ask a manager to call me and I am still waiting. Now I see a debit order of R11K. No1 explained to me what happened and why 11K as we had missed so many months. And how did we go from me owing R3K to R11K??? SOMEONE CALL as in YESTERDAY!!!!
