Utterly disappointed! Almost a month and still no repair

<p>I logged a call for rain damage to my home on 11th Dec, first of all the subcontractors sent out are extremely unprofessional and did not even have a long enough ladder to go onto our roof. I called the call centre after receiving my authorization on the 21st Dec, ********** .. we have had 2 more rain storms and my house has not been repaired! Does it really take a month?? Also does discovery not have an outstanding claim list to make sure the client does not wait this long... you don't wait to take your money off my bank account but now I get substandard service! </p>
