Using Non-Audi parts in an Audi- Terrible Service

<p>We recently needed to have repairs done to our Audi A4. This was the first time we claimed.</p> <p>Although the process went quite well, we were extremely disappointed that the light that was damaged was not replaced with a true Audi part and now the automatic headlight range control does not work anymore.</p> <p>The reason we were given, was that the car was out of warranty!</p> <p>What total nonsense.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks to this, we have cancelled all our insurance with them with immediate effect.</p> <p> </p>
