Useless Vitality Drive

Since taking delivery of a new vehicle on 21st April my Discovery Vitality sensor consistently show my phone not present in vehicle when it is right there and I am able to use it via the info computer installed. As a result I'm being penalized by losing points. I've logged complaints with call centre but nothing happens I'm totally switched off of the total inefficient system.
