Useless, Unreliable, NO customer service!!!!!

My car have been hit by one of your customers, in the beginning of this year, nothing is happening, hiscar have been fixed 4 times from qhen he hit me and im still waiting??? He told me personally yesterday. My broker have been sending emails every month byt no one replies. This is unacceptable and i want my car fixed!!!!
