Useless tracking device

First of all DQ Track messed me around just getting this device to me. 3 Appointments later, 2 of which they failed to turn up to and this device is faulty. This thing tracks the trips intermittently even though the Bluetooth, mobile data and GPS is on all the time. Plus for a tracker, it cannot even detect where the vehicle is parked even when I am sitting in the vehicle with phone connected to the device. I work at Vodacom and this vehicle is parked less than 50m from the cell tower. DQ Tracks response is that all this is not turned on. Get out here and swop out this device instead of giving me stories.
