Useless staff

I’ve really had it with discovery! They have not contacted me and yet post here that they are helping me, I’ve called three times today and emailed Michael Meyer and his team lead Natasja Badenhorst and still no resolution!!!! All Michael did was to give me my correct claim number and hand me over to the *********** Natasja who I complained about in the first place. I’m done and will move all my products away, they don’t deserve business!!!
