Useless short term insurance provider

This short term insurance company is the most useless online insurance company I have ever dealt with, when it comes to trying to make changes to my insurance policy with them. After having tried for 1 month to make changes to my policy, it is still not correct and the only conclusion I can reach, is that their online agents are totally illiterate and cannot even speak or read/ write basic English. I mean - I have sent more than 5 emails ( all with the same request for my changes to be made) and despite these written requests, they still cannot get my Policy Schedule correct...

I am lost for words and have no idea how to sort this problem out..
