Useless service. No follow up. Bad contractors!

If i could get a minus rating i wouldve given them that! They are the most usless company on earth. I regret every second of insuring with them! Have a burst geyser now 3 days since i claimed! They contractors are even worse than them themselves! 24 fix has 1 star rating and only bad reviews and yet they contract them. I called to follow up on claim i was told contractor will call In 15 min. Its been 2 hours nobody called! And then i called back second time to be told to hold whilst they follow up. I held the line 11minutes before being cut off. I wish i had the power to close them down and put people out if their misery being insured with them. Absolutely useless!
