Useless management

This company is very useless, I had an accident in February and up to today my car is not fully fixed, I don’t know how many emails I have sent through, how much money I have used in calling them, the worse part is that I have a life cover among other products with this company, I will just go cancel this life cover because this is a clear sign that I will die and my beneficiary will not receive any payout and I will not be there to fight for payment, today I spend about an hour on the line trying to get hold of Zime Mndaweni who is suppose to be in management but I must say she has failed me, I have asked Pokie and Slindile to put me through to her manager but after being told to hold for more than 30 minutes both of them just decided to hang up on me, this I am sure is not Adrian Gore’s instructions, I mean I am paying my premiums without any hustle why should I be given the run arounds, this company is very unprofessional and it employs useless people, someone needs to take accountability how on Earth can it take such a big company more than 8 months to fix a minor dent.
