Useless Discovery lost my car (AGAIN)

I have been with Discovery for 3-4 years and this is my 2nd claim and worse than my 1st experience,my car had an incident involving a pothole in Nov and Discovery towed my car to Roodepoort then told me the excess was more than to fix my car,when I called the yard directly they tell me my car is a write off and moved to Centurion Auction Nation…no one at Discovery can answer to who authorised that.
